The harvest to create this Sasso Nero Rosso IGT Toscana from 2020 is characterized by the meticulous selection of the best grapes from the company's vineyards facing south-east with sandy-loam texture and the presence of limestone slabs. The fermentation takes place in controlled-temperature stainless steel tanks for about 21/25 days. Aging then occurs for six months in French oak Barriques of 2nd passage. Finally, it is bottled for 6 months.
