This Rosso Superiore Doc "Piceno" by Cherri d'Acquaviva, is produced using a training system that involves the Guyot pruning method, with a density of 5000 vines/Ha. The grapes are harvested in mid-October. The vine is grown in a clayey, compact soil rich in microelements.

This Rosso Superiore Doc "Piceno" by Cherri d'Acquaviva from 2021 is produced using a production technology that, after a careful and rigorous selection, involves a long maceration at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. After the alcoholic fermentation, the wine matures for 12 months in French oak barriques and an additional 6 months in the bottle.

The recommendation is to enjoy this full-bodied wine with fatty meats such as pork or lamb; alternatively, pair it with game. It is also excellent with all aged cheeses.

This Rosso Superiore Doc "Piceno" by Cherri d'Acquaviva presents itself with an intense ruby red color with violet reflections tending towards garnet. On the nose, it releases pleasant aromas of small red fruits, sweet spices of licorice, and toasted notes. On the palate, it expresses a full structure, marked by fresh tannic hints, and is perfectly balanced and elegant. These characteristics allow for excellent longevity.
