A vast culture that starts from art and reaches wine, passing through sports, specifically canoeing, and arriving at rock music, all viewed with a critical and non-local eye: this is the uniqueness, the common thread, the track on which Jacopo has decided to create his wines, wines that should not be told starting from solid peasant roots but seen in relation to how much they can please or resonate with the taste of an international customer, reflecting something more than the transmitted tradition but telling a territory - his Liguria in particular - on decidedly more international standards.
