Redoro uses only Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil for its preserves, sourced from the hills of Verona by Lake Garda and the Valpolicella region.
The small onions come from the Veronese plains, where there has been a tradition for this small, very flavorful vegetable for years. They are ideal for pairing with boiled meats and cured meats like soppressa veneta. They are also excellent with cured bacon and with capocollo or speck.
