The apple juice of the Monvisotta company is made with Rossa di Valle apples, which are very typical in the hills of Piedmont, especially in the Saluzzese and Valle Varaita areas. These are small-sized apples but rich in aromas and flavor. With a nice acidic composition and a balanced sugar level. The juice is obtained thanks to the processing done by the prestigious Agrarian Institute of Alba, and it is part of a project that brings together young farmers already engaged in fieldwork and young students who are training in the classroom.
