The Langat Biscuits with Hazelnuts and Saffron are the result of the collaboration between Safranum and Nocciolarte by Alessandro Cerrato, a pastry chef from Alta Langa specialized in sweet specialties whose main ingredient is the IGP hazelnuts from Piemonte.
In these exquisite biscuits, you can savor the intense flavor of the Langarole hazelnuts and the uniqueness of Safranum saffron.
Ingredients: IGP Piemonte hazelnuts 33.3%, sugar, butter, mixed pasteurized eggs, toasted IGP Piemonte hazelnut paste (10%), flour type 00, hazelnut granules IGP Piemonte (3.3%), saffron (0.03%).
Allergens: gluten, eggs, milk, nuts. Produced in an artisan laboratory that also uses peanuts, sesame, and soy.
