For your barbecue, we thought, together with the young people of Monvisotta from Val Varaita, to offer you a ready-made box with top quality fresh vegetables. Eggplants, peppers, and zucchini. A tip for your barbecue (if you use a griddle) is to marinate the vegetables for about an hour with a mixture of extra virgin olive oil, herbs, parsley, garlic, and a splash of white wine. This way, you will soften the vegetables and on the griddle, they will be ready immediately, enriched with delicate aromas. Do not use an excessively hot griddle. If you are using a classic grill, do not marinate to avoid wetting the coals and causing unnecessary and harmful smoke. Keep slightly thicker slices of vegetables and finish with extra virgin olive oil and a mixture of your choice of herbs and spices.
