Soave is a beautiful medieval walled town dominated by an ancient Scaliger castle in the province of Verona, to the east.
In addition to being famous for the production of one of the most renowned white wines in the world, it also sees the production of this raw ham by a small artisan butcher, which has been conquering the tables of the best Veronese and Italian restaurants for some years now.
Made with large national pig thighs. Sweet and refined with a well-balanced fatty component and a particularly silky tactile sensation.

It has been deboned and pressed to facilitate portioning. Recommended for appetizers and high-quality boards, it pairs well with classic method sparkling wines and structured white wines such as a Soave Superiore.
Pleasant also with a still Maremma Sangiovese.
