From the hills of the Marca Trevigiana, and in particular from the municipality of Nervesa della Battaglia in the province of Treviso, here is a Prosecco of great drinkability and pleasantness. Ideal hills for fresh and floral wines, where the Glera, the typical grape variety, can express itself at its best. It is called Rosalia, named after the vineyard from which the grapes come. Vines cultivated using the Sylvoz method in a fascinating area that surrounds the ancient village housing the winery and estates.
It expresses a delicate sensation of white flowers and drupes such as white peach and apricot. A soft enveloping bubble provides a pleasant tasting sensation with a decidedly fruity finish. Ideal for summer outdoor aperitifs and savory appetizers. It also supports fish-based crudités and noble cured meats from Italian tradition.
