This is a fresh and clean distillate with a great intensity of character. It is obtained from a blend of white and red grapes coming from owned vineyards.
It undergoes only a small aging in used oak tonneaux for about 2 - 3 months, which gives the product a certain pleasant softness.

Ermenegildo Giusti, in his travels around the world, has never forgotten the pleasure of a good glass of grappa in company, and the production of the brandy has been, from the very beginning, a project to pursue by seeking to use the best pomace to obtain a high-quality product. This grappa is the simplest, yet decidedly characterful and elegant.
It has a crystalline transparency and its bouquet is rich in floral and fruity sensations: peach, rose, citrus, and wildflowers. On the palate, it has a dry, rounded, and harmonious flavor with a low perception of alcohol.
On the retro-nasal olfaction, the body is soft and light with a persistent finish that closes with a note of elderflower.
To pair with fresh seasonal fruit or mixed as an aperitif in fruit-based cocktails.
