This fabulous Fontana Bio cream contains Radicchio Rosso di Verona, Pere Williams, and Nuts. The bitterness of the radicchio and the sweetness of the pear make this cream ideal on aged cheeses and warm bread.
Ingredients: Radicchio rosso Verona, pears, nuts, extra virgin olive oil, grape vinegar, brown sugar (all sourced from organic farming) and sea salt.
Produced in a facility that uses nuts, celery, and mustard.
The Radicchio, Pear and Walnuts Cream from Fontana BIO is extremely flavorful and robust.
Thanks to the sweet-bitter pairing, this cream can be spread directly on a slice of warm toasted bread or it can also be used as a seasoning for risottos or pasta.
Moreover, this cream can be used as an accompaniment for aged cheeses such as Monte Veronese DOP aged 24 months.
