The Crostino Toscano is nothing more than a sauce made with high-quality chicken livers and a sauté with finely chopped onion, anchovies, and parsley. A classic of Tuscan cuisine that will take you to the Sienese countryside, where it was traditionally eaten two to three times a month with toasted bread accompanied by a warm broth.
This sauce contains no preservatives, artificial flavors, or colorings. The sterilization of the jars allows for a long shelf life.
Ingredients: chicken liver, capers in vinegar, anchovies in oil, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
