The Gran Baby goat caciotta is a semi-hard table cheese with slight eyes, made entirely from goat's milk.
Produced for a short maturation period, about 45-60 days, with a non-edible smooth rind of light yellow color. Very rich in calcium, making it suitable for the little cheese lovers. It has a distinctly typical flavor, yet delicate, with a firm white paste.
The Gran Baby Goat Cheese (in a 200 gram portion) can be used in various ways in the kitchen, ranging from enhancing appetizers and first courses to preparing salads. This cheese is also excellent when enjoyed on its own, paired with a fresh and fruity white wine, such as a Lugana DOC.
