The Lazzaris Vicentine mustard is the classic mustard with the scent of candied fruit pieces. It has a fragrant taste, occasionally spicy but without excess. The Venetian mustard has a granular and sugary consistency with alternating clementines, apricots, yellow cherries, white pears, and candied figs. Tasting it brings to mind the scents of the seasons.
It is produced with a minimum of 36% pure quince pulp, free from colorings and preservatives.
