Pink Apple, Slow Food Presidium

The Pink Apple from the Sibillini is traditionally cultivated in Marche over 450 meters above sea level. The peculiar climatic conditions of the Sibillini Mountains, primarily the daily and seasonal temperature variation, positively affect the organoleptic characteristics of the product, making it unique and absolutely different from fruit grown in the plains. For more than ten years, the Pink Apple from the Sibillini Mountains has been a Slow Food Presidium.
