The dry tomatoes are then jarred with the extra virgin olive oil from the local cultivar “Coratina,” which gives these pickles the ancient and inimitable taste of yesteryear. Garlic, capers, and oregano finally enrich the flavor of this preserve.
 
It is important to emphasize that this oil preserve is strictly handmade and the tomatoes come exclusively from farmers operating in the Foggiano, where this company is based. 

Ingredients: dry tomatoes (63%), extra virgin olive oil (25%), seed oil (11%), wine vinegar, capers, salt, spices in variable proportions (oregano, garlic, chili).
