Extraordinary Grappa Riserva obtained from the distillation of Barolo grape pomace harvested during the harvest and carefully selected by the company.
Distilled in small copper boilers, slowly and in a water bath. An ancient method known as "discontinuous" is used to enhance its quality. A secret recipe that Sibona has passed down through generations of master winegrowers-distillers.
The color is warm, amber, honey-like. Upon opening the bottle, a refined aroma of dried fruit, tobacco, and oak is unleashed. The taste is velvety yet imposing, with red fruits and spices standing out, persistent and lasting but never excessive.
Grapes: Monovarietal Barolo
Alcohol: 44% vol.
Aging: It stays for a long time in steel tanks and then ages peacefully for 8 years in oak barrels and barriques.

We recommend enhancing the aroma of the Grappa Riserva di Barolo 8 years using a balloon glass without a stem (the warmth of the hand holding the glass helps release all the fruity notes of the grappa) and serving at a temperature no lower than 18 degrees.
