Panissa is an everlasting myth, and thanks to Riso Goio, it will be a dish that is super easy to prepare: you'll need just 17 minutes, with only the addition of water. This line is designed for those who are not very experienced in the kitchen and especially for those who do not have all the ingredients at home. Riso Goio has paired its DOP rice with only dehydrated Italian excellence to easily create quality and quick risottos.
Ingredients: Baraggia Biellese and Vercellese DOP rice variety Sant'Andrea (84%), precooked beans (13%), dehydrated pork sausage (5% pork meat, soft wheat flour, rice flour, salt, aromas), vegetable seasoning without glutamate: (salt, potato starch, yeast extract, potato maltodextrins, dehydrated vegetables: onion, carrot, celery, parsley; sunflower oil, spices: ginger, nutmeg; natural aromas), dehydrated vegetables in varying proportions: tomato, onion, garlic, pepper.

The Panissa Vercellese with Riso Goio is a delicious unique dish that can be paired with a glass of good red wine.
Preparation tips: pour the contents of the jar into a pot; put 3 jars of water into another pot and bring to a boil; when the water is boiling, toast the rice for about 20 seconds; add the boiling water all at once and cook over moderate heat for 17 minutes; stir occasionally; let it rest for 1 minute.
Optional: stir in 2 knobs of butter and 2 tablespoons of Parmigiano, mix vigorously, serve hot.
