The pomace from the fermentation of Amarone is taken while still wet with the nectar that will become the great wine of Verona. Then they are placed to ferment and afterwards in the boiler to extract the alcohol and all the typical scents and aromas that we also find in the wine.

This Grappa is produced with the pomace of Amarone at the end of pressing, just dried in the fruit dryers. A dry and full-bodied Grappa with a beautiful complexity of aromas and a pleasant freshness on the palate. Pairs well with biscuits and dry cakes made with almonds or chocolate. As a digestif after a meal.
