The pears, slightly fermented, are placed in a boiler and heated to high temperatures to extract the alcohol that has formed and all the typical aromas of quality Williams pears, those most suited to the tradition, especially in the mountains.
It is an Italian classic, especially from the northern regions where this exquisite fruit is produced, which grows with a nice acidity and a pleasantly aromatic profile in the countryside. It is a dry distillate with a lovely pear aroma and a very harmonious finish. Enjoyable on its own or paired with fruit ice cream or fiordilatte.
