Perex suctum è the Parma DOP of the Ruliano company from Langhirano. A prestigious reality that produces only from farms of pigs in the Po Valley and does not use preservatives or additives, but only sea salt. Everything else is done by the air of the Parma hills and the perfect humidity level of these places where this delicacy has been produced for centuries. It is aged 18 - 20 months. Boneless and pressed.
Excellent ham with a pink color and a beautiful delicate and limited marbling. The meat is tender and melts in the mouth, showing a very juicy texture. The balanced sweetness of the savoriness and the aromatic qualities of the aged meat are interesting. A great product. Perfect for deluxe aperitifs with classic-method sparkling wines and high-quality predominantly white wines. Also pairs well with fruity rosé sparkling wines.
