The Crostino di Cinta Senese from the agricultural company Il Poggio is produced without preservatives, colorings, and artificial flavors.
The meat used is cinta senese, which is an Italian pig breed originating from the Montagnola Senese.

The very strong and decisive taste recalls the typical flavors of Tuscan culinary tradition.
The particularities of the sauces are the choice meats and traditional recipes. The sauces are prepared with a cooking base made of chopped fresh vegetables (onion, celery, carrot, etc...). Once the vegetables are softened, the meat is added for the first cooking. The minced meats finish cooking slowly with the addition of wine, tomatoes from our garden, and other ingredients.
The very long cooking times give a strong and balanced flavor, ensuring an excellent quality that is absolutely homemade.
