The Oro Zecchino from Opere di Latte is a truly extraordinary aged cheese! It is a soft cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk with a fresh taste but at the same time structured and persistent. The different degrees of aging enhance the sensory notes that recall various wild herbs.

It has the typical shape of Parmigiano Reggiano but in smaller dimensions, about 5 kg, and with a less thick rind, proportionate to its shape. The texture is soft, although as aging increases, the texture gradually becomes more crumbly.
