We are in Siusi, in one of the most beautiful valleys of South Tyrol. Amidst the green meadows and the blue sky stands the Sciliar massif. Here, Florian Rabanser's family is still engaged in the ancient farmhouse in the practice of distillation. A tradition that has been passed down since the distant 1300s. Raw materials of great value, local and representative of South Tyrolean culture and tradition. Pomace from Klaus Lentsch. Pure air of South Tyrol and meticulous attention to detail make these distillates a true Italian jewel.
The pomace chosen for the production of this grappa comes from Pinot Noir from the H. Lentsch estate in Bronzolo. This is a grappa that has a scent of violet and features a particular smoothness in the finish.
