Columbro's squid ink tagliatelle is produced with selected flours and semolina, and is crafted using the traditional method that employs bronze dies.
It is precisely this particular processing that gives them their typical rough surface, ideal for good absorption of the sauce which, penetrating the pasta, makes it even more flavorful and tasty.
In addition to this, there is the slow drying at low temperature, 45/60 °C, which allows the pasta to retain all its minerals and vitamins, as well as characterizing it with a superior flavor and aroma.
