The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Dei DOCG 2019 from Cantine Dei expresses itself at very high qualitative levels thanks to the important terroir and the rigorous work in the vineyard and winery. It presents a bright ruby color, tending towards garnet with aging, on the nose, there are intense, ethereal aromas of ripe cherry, plum, and violet, savory, balanced, and persistent, with soft and velvety tannins.

Grapes: Sangiovese 90%, Canaiolo Nero 10%
Soil: mixed clay, tuffaceous
Altitude: 250-300 meters above sea level
Average age of the vines: 15 years
Winemaking: soft pressing; spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 26-28°C; maceration on the skins for 15-25 days with pump-overs.
Aging and refinement: according to regulations, 24 months of aging, of which 12/18 months in wood and refinement in the bottle
