The Fusilli Cuor di Pasta 100% Farro are produced exclusively with emmer wheat, cultivated by Terre Alte Picene using the technique of symbiotic sustainable agriculture.
Highly digestible and with a low caloric intake, emmer is a cereal rich in vegetable proteins, vitamin B, and fiber. Since ancient times, emmer has been one of the most cultivated cereals and a staple in the diet of the Ancient Romans. The semi-integral processing and stone milling keep the nutritional properties of the product intact.
