The natural roasted chestnuts by Alpa are a product that reflects the tradition of made in Italy and allows you to enjoy the classic roasted chestnut, tender and already peeled, preserved in water and sugar.
The products used are whole Italian chestnuts of medium caliber, first choice, which undergo a careful slow cooking process that preserves their organoleptic properties. The whole chestnuts, free from any remnants of skins or burns, are peeled and then immersed in glucose syrup.

The natural roasted chestnuts from Alpa are excellent to enjoy as a snack or dessert, becoming the ideal ingredient for special dishes. They are also well-suited to being a great semi-finished product for the confectionery industry, not only for stuffing sweets, perhaps by grinding them into the dough, but also for pairing with syrups, liqueurs, and liquid solutions with refined flavors.
Preservation method: store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. Once opened, keep in the fridge (from 0° to 4° C) and consume within two weeks.
