Poggioventoso

Make sweet hills in Tuscany, where vines alternate with olive trees creating poetic and suggestive landscapes, we encounter the Poggioventoso agricultural company, located in the Riparbella area of the municipality of Montescudaio. With about six hectares of vineyards, the estate belongs to Maricla Affatato, a radio program author and journalist, supported in managing the wine company by the oenologist Lorenzo Landi and the agronomist Alessio Macchia. Not far from the sea, the rows of Poggioventoso enjoy excellent exposure and host both native and international grape varieties. Grapes that are rigorously and carefully processed in the winery, thus yielding wines that stand out for their character and expressiveness. Labels, those that go under the name of Poggioventoso, are pleasant and satisfying, a faithful mirror of the territory of origin and a symbol of the truest Tuscany when it comes to wine.
