My adventure in the food and wine world comes from a passion for good food and good wine, elements that have constantly enriched my life, despite my background in aerospace engineering.

Graduating from the Politecnico di Milano provided me with the necessary technical skills, but it was my initiative that guided the creation of FARE S.R.L., a &' a company founded in 2018, specialized in consulting for industrial processes and in the promotion of a sustainable and socially inclusive transformation of companies.

I make my experience as a sustainability expert available to Spaghetti & Mandolino, since we share the &' the goal of making the food and wine world not only delicious, but also sustainable and inclusive.
